Journey Into the Heart of Your True Nature

Sacred Journey Retreat

You are invited to enter a spiral path of communion, where the living land of Mt. Shasta welcomes you into her embrace. The Mountain rises as an ancient guardian, calling you into reverence. The Waters flow with songs of renewal. The Trees stand as wise elders, rooting you in strength. The Meadow opens to blessing and vision. The Stones offer clarity and remembrance. And the womb of the Earth gathers you into purification and rebirth.

This is your journey of prayer. Each place becomes your teacher. Each moment is a gift. You walk as a living prayer—guided, renewed, rooted, blessed, uplifted, and reborn by the sacred forces of the land.

Mt. Shasta is a mountain of mystery and power, long regarded as a sacred site by indigenous peoples and spiritual seekers alike. Rising as a luminous beacon in Northern California, it draws travelers from all over the world who come to experience its potent energy, crystalline waters, and thin veils between worlds. Many describe Shasta as a place of vision and awakening. In this living sanctuary, the Earth’s Spirit is felt with uncommon clarity, calling each visitor into deeper remembrance of who they are.

The Journey

This retreat is not simply an experience; it is a living journey, a spiral path that draws you deeper into communion with the sacred land and with yourself. Each day opens as a gateway into mystery, where the mountain, the waters, the trees, and the stones rise as teachers, guiding you into remembrance.

You are invited to walk with reverence, to listen with your whole being, and to let the Spirit of the land speak directly to your soul. As you move through ceremony, silence, prayer, and song, you will discover that every step is both an offering and a receiving—an unfolding dialogue between your Spirit and the Earth.

The journey is not linear. It circles, spirals, and returns, just as nature does. Along the way, you will be held in sacred spaces of renewal and vision, invited into the womb of the Earth for purification, and guided toward a rebirth that awakens your own original essence.

To walk this journey is to walk in beauty, to become part of a living prayer woven by the land, the ancestors, and the circle of women who gather here.

What to Expect

Intimate Group Setting

Our retreat is held in the spirit of circle—an intimate gathering of women. The group is kept small, allowing each voice to be heard, each story to be honored, and each woman to be supported in her journey. In this sacred container, deeper connections are formed, meaningful exchanges unfold, and a sense of true sisterhood arises.

Nature Sessions

Mt. Shasta is our temple, and the land itself becomes teacher. Guided walks and earth-based practices invite you into stillness and deep listening, where mountain, water, tree, and stone speak to the soul. Each encounter with nature is not just an experience but a pilgrimage, a return to right relation with the living world. In the presence of the land, veils thin, visions arise, and you remember your place within the great web of life.

Sacred Ceremonies and Rituals

Sacred fire, prayer, and ritual guide our days together. Through indigenous-inspired practices—such as cacao ritual, sweat lodge, and sound journey—you will be invited to release what no longer serves and to receive the blessings of Spirit. Ceremony becomes the thread that carries us through, weaving each moment into the fabric of remembrance and renewal.

Sisterhood

As women gather in circle, a powerful medicine awakens. Together we witness one another and celebrate the beauty of walking this spiral path as daughters of the Earth. In sisterhood, isolation dissolves, and you remember that you are part of something vast, alive, and sacred.

Embodied Practices

Movement, breath, and stillness root the teachings into your body. These practices awaken presence, resilience, and the capacity to meet life with both strength and tenderness. Through embodiment, the wisdom of the retreat is no longer only remembered—it is lived. Each breath becomes a prayer, each movement an act of remembrance, anchoring the medicine of the land within you.

Monthly Calls

Our journey begins even before we gather on the mountain. Each month leading up to the retreat, we will meet in a 60-minute virtual circle—a time for preparation, connection, and reflection. Together we will also explore a gifted book chosen around themes of healing, nature, and spiritual awakening. These calls create a steady rhythm that opens the path, deepens our bond, and readies us for the sacred work awaiting on Mt. Shasta.
