Located in Northern California, Mount Shasta is the root chakra of the world. The root chakra, the first in the chakra system, serves as your primal connection to the Earth and the source of all life energy. It is linked to your fundamental survival instincts, making this an ideal place to deepen your connection to the Earth, achieve inner balance, and cultivate peace.

Our retreat is limited to a small group, offering a supportive environment for everyone’s journey. This intimate setting allows for deeper connections, meaningful interactions, and a sense of community that will enhance your overall experience.
