Teresa’s intention is to awaken your power and guide you to delve deep within yourself, allowing your Spirit to soar freely. When you return home, you will radiate with the transformative energy of the shared experience.
Located in Northern California, Mt. Shasta is believed to be home to the root chakra of the world. The root chakra is the first of the chakras and is the foundation of the chakra system. It is your primal connection to the Earth and the source of all life energy. The root chakra is associated with your basic survival instincts, thus making it an ideal location to strengthen your connection to the Earth, find inner balance, feel more rooted and at peace with your life.
Join Teresa and experience the healing and transformative power of Mama Shasta.
Be with people who share your desire for growth and transformation. The atmosphere will be supportive and nurturing as you embark on a journey of power and self-awareness. Your guides will be knowledgeable and experienced practitioners who will create an amazing experience for you.
