We will connect monthly for a 60-minute group video call; guided by the book The Sophia Code, which will be provided for you upon registration. 

Join our retreat for a nurturing and supportive environment to connect with your inner wisdom and your true self. Let the healing power of Mama Shasta rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

What is Included

  • 60-minute one-on-one Astrology session before the retreat.
  • 30-minute session upon returning home.
  • Starting in April, we have a monthly 60-minute group call on Zoom. But you can register and join us at any time!

  • Nature – Individual contemplation and meditation.
  • Native Sweat Lodge.
  • Yoga (optional).
  • Single-room accommodations. You will be staying at rental homes in downtown Shasta.
