This journey is an invitation to embrace all that you are and all that you are here to be. Allow the mountain to guide you, for within its timeless presence lies the potential for profound change.
When you return from this experience, you will carry Mama Shasta’s essence with you—a reminder of your inner strength, the beauty of your spirit, and the love that flows through you. Embrace this journey, for it is a precious gift that will forever illuminate your path.
Located in Northern California, Mt. Shasta is believed to be home to the root chakra of the world.
Our retreat accommodates a small group, fostering a supportive environment for each participant’s journey. This intimate setting encourages deeper connections, meaningful interactions, and a strong sense of community, enriching your overall experience.
Embark on guided walks and engage in nature therapy sessions. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the natural surroundings, allowing the mountain to inspire and rejuvenate your spirit. Through these experiences, connect with your inner wisdom, gifts, and gain insights while feeling the energy of the mountain within.
Reconnect with your indigenous roots through transformative experiences that honor ancient traditions. These ceremonies guide you in exploring the rich heritage within you. Each ceremony serves as a pathway to access the healing wisdom and ancient medicine that has been passed down through generations.
Through shared experiences you will strengthen your connection to yourself and fellow retreat participants. Engage in group discussions where you can share insights and personal experiences. Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow together in this nurturing environment.
We will host monthly 60-minute group video calls to foster connection among participants. Each session will include discussions centered around a selected book, which will be provided upon registration. This format promotes the sharing of insights and helps cultivate a sense of community among retreat participants.
Immerse yourself in a transformative retreat where you will be nurtured and supported. Surrounded by a caring staff, you’ll explore self-discovery through guided activities, group discussions, and reflective practices. This nurturing environment will support you to grow, heal, and answer the reason why you are here.
