As you enter into the seasons of thanks and giving, I invite you to honor all the ways YOU bless this life and others around you with the gift of your loving heart. Pause and appreciate the things about yourself that you may take for granted or don’t even realize, for we do not always acknowledge that we, too, are a gift to this world.

Release all judgments about yourself, only allow the consciousness of unconditional love to reside within your heart and mind because IT IS possible to live “Heaven on Earth” without suffering for it. Lay down any understandings that have been held in self-blame or shame; freeing yourself from attachment to suffering is self-forgiveness and the greatest compassion you can give yourself.
