We work our way up awakening each chakra to arrive

We work our way up awakening each chakra to arrive at a form of enlightenment in the Crown Chakra. This is not a journey’s end, but rebirth and beginning that which some describe as “Kundalini Awakening”. Here in the seventh chakra awareness of our spirit is realized and our connection to a more encompassing spirit outside ourselves. This spiritual connection is not religion. Religion speaks to the tribal mind and is
associated with the first chakra.

When we awaken to the seventh chakra we are open to the cosmic energy that is linked with Divine wisdom and thought. At this level, the intellect is abandoned and the experience of a “knowing” is realized as is an established connective
cord to the Divine.

As our awareness increases, it allows us to expand outward to encompass a
larger portion of the universal field of consciousness and collective wisdom integrating the Divine into our physical lives. Our individual thoughts transcend our instinctual nature (lower ego) to sense our interconnectedness to the greater whole. We discover our universal Identity to the “One Life.” With this new recognition of “self” the transformation from the tribal mind to the intuitive mind reveals itself. Our detachment from instinctual and tribal conditioning reveals an awakened recollection of our soul nature, initiating individual thought separate from tribal first chakra thinking. Although this may indicate a solo outcome the contrary is true, for the initiate has realized the greater aspect to the understanding of being part of something bigger. It is here when selflessness and humanitarian efforts are set in motion; giving through service without an expectation of personal (
lower ego)gain.

Attachment is a shadow of the seventh chakra that holds us anchored in fear and survival. If we are not able to transform our perceived systems of safety we will forever resist a deeper connection to something outside of our own physical existence. Thus allowing the Addict archetype to hold hostage the
Mystic within.

This chakra relates to wisdom and the search for truth. In the sixth chakra,
“our purpose is to see the way, and bring the light of consciousness to all
that exists within and around us.” While our two eyes allow us to perceive the physical world the third eye sees beyond the physical plane into the world of symbology. It is the task of this chakra to interpret and assimilate information into meaning that leads to self-reflection and understanding.

Dreams are the bridge to the unconscious. Through symbolisms in our dreams we
can access unsolved missing pieces of ourselves and obtain broader creative
vision in which to see life. Our dreams can take us beyond the limits of the
physical body where there is no linear time or space, allowing us to free
feelings and movement we deny ourselves in our waking life.

The illusion is the shadow of this chakra. When we fixate on an image of how we think something should be, we are caught in misconception. The more we invest in the illusion the more difficult it is to let go of. Like an addiction illusion does not give back it only takes from us, leading us to obsession and/or delusion.

We are equipped to search for the difference between illusion and truth,
bridging the unconscious with the conscious.

In the sixth chakra lies the center of our intuition as well as our intellect and ability to reason. While the rational thinking mind is linked to our
intelligence and affords us with the ability to learn and process information,
our intuition serves as an internal compass to guide us through the non-linear
world. Intuition reveals itself in the language of silence, metaphor or imagery simulating us to pay attention, understand, and be guided by it rather than conventional wisdom. It is the voice of our divine nature.

When we see the world solely through our intellect we ignore internal guidance
and hidden perception, using control as our form of security; self-sabotaging
and consequently creating a vicious cycle of repeated conditioned behavioral
responses and choices.

The mind/body connection meets at the neck in the

The mind/body connection meets at the neck in the fifth chakra. The body functions principally through patterns unconsciously while the mind wants to understand and transcend. As a result, the merging of the body with the function of the mind finds it’s voice in the throat chakra, and as sound is vibration, the bodies rhythmic energy patterns along with our voice are the living expression of our vibrations.

Life is rhythmic, it is a state of synchronized vibrational patterns. Being in tune with the ebb and flow of life’s orchestration helps us to maintain an inner balance. Congruency of the body/mind reflects a statement of health and vitality. Whereas incongruence, we cannot link with the world around us, we have feelings of isolation and we are unable to expand, respond or receive.

Creativity is an expression of the spirit within us and it is through the power of choice our creative forces are sent out into the world. Understanding how our choices have an energetic impact and the karmic consequence is our personal responsibility.

Individuation is the discovery and expression of self. As this maturation process evolves we bring clear intent and value to our self-expression and it is here we fully develop and voice our personal code of honor and integrity separate from tribal law (first chakra). With self-acceptance brought forward from our work in the fourth chakra, we no longer need to deny what is true for us and our individuality becomes a living expression of self-actualization.
